We are passionate about delivering innovative and problem-solving apps that can be easily installed and used on Atlassian products. Our clients include major companies like Volkswagen, Siemens Energy, and Cisco, as well as non-profit organizations.

🟢 In this role you'll get...
To collaborate with a dynamic team of designers and developers to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our apps.
Engage in the design process from concept to execution, including wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
Work closely with development teams to ensure design specifications are implemented.
Participate in design critiques and contribute to the continuous improvement of our design standards.

🔴 On day one we'll expect you to...
Have a strong foundation in graphic design principles and digital art tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Sketch.
Be familiar with user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design concepts.
Possess creative flair, versatility, conceptual ability, and originality.
Demonstrate the ability to communicate your design ideas effectively in English.
Be organized and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in designing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
A portfolio showcasing your design projects.
Interest in the Atlassian ecosystem and how collaborative tools enhance productivity and creativity.
German language skills are a plus.
